Beans and Bananas

I have found this to be a staple in my breakfast diet lately. A good mix of (gluten free if you're into that) carbs and protein to start the day off right. Oh, and it's super cheap!

Bag of cheap corn tortillas
black beans - mashed or refried
bananas/plantain

Fry the tortilla lightly in salt and a bit of oil
Warm the black beans
Fry the banana or plantain in a bit of oil and salt

Throw it together and enjoy! This also taste soooooo good if the beans are substituted with nut butter.
