The figs and dates can be substituted with just about any dried fruit. They are acting as an emulsifier and the main source of the carbohydrates.
2 part fig
2 part date
1 part almond
1 part peanut
1 part rolled oats
With a food processor blend the figs and dates until a think paste.
Mix in oats, almonds, and peanuts.
Remove from processor and form into bars/stars/cats/balls with hand. Parchment paper works well with this part of the step.
You're done. Eat. You will be energized.
