Wild Western Gyuto November 17, 2014ian rogersComment The hamon is begining to show after grinding. After hand finishing and an acid bath the hamon is really starting to pop. The bolster is almost completely shaped but needs fine tuning with a little hand carving. The basic shape of the handle is cut-out. The taper is in and the sides are rounded. The handle is finished and a quick buff is done. All done!
